Site Manager

Qualified Site Manager needed in Chelmsford starting in January for a new project.

Your new company
An established main contractor, specialising in new build construction, looking for a Site Manager who is experienced in residential builds. One of the leading construction companies in the East of England.

Your new role
You will work closely with the Project Manager, overseeing full site processes from managing staff to date entry and diary organising. You'll be monitored on your ability to stick to project time frames, and be responsible for managing any sub-contractors on site.

What you'll need to succeed
CSCS Card, SMSTS and experience as a Site Manager on a residential, new build project. You will need good communication skills, and be a strong leader on this large project.
