Lead Administrator for Project ECHO

   (Extension for Community Health Care Outcomes)

37.5 hours per week

£22,460 to £23,023 per annum

Fixed term contract for 18 months

ECHO is a community of practice that comes together for learning and support using a virtual system.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated individual to work with a small project team and manage and co-ordinate the administration and IT aspects required for the ECHO project as well as supporting administration for the Education Business Manager

The post holder will develop and maintain administrative procedures and operational IT guidance and support and be the central point of contact for all communications relating to Project ECHO.

The role will involve auditing the ECHO systems and procedures, producing reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, evaluation as well as providing IT responsibilities such as setting up equipment, facilitating online teleconferencing support, recording, editing, and managing business systems and data.

Experience in project management along with excellent administration, IT and communication skills, (both written and oral), are essential as is being proficient in Microsoft office packages.
