Surveyor

Moody Venture Capital provides finance for the construction of residential property developments to small and medium sized developers.

We are looking for a self-employed monitoring Surveyor to join us at an exciting time when we are supporting a number of varied schemes throughout the UK. 

The role

If successful, your role will be to assist with site valuations on small residential developments on a part time basis.

Essential skills & knowledge

• A detailed knowledge of house construction
• Must hold a full driving licence, own transport and be prepared to travel
• Preferably local to Ingatestone and flexible on working hours
