An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Quality Assurance Department for a skilled individual to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals, supporting a positive and engaging culture where colleagues can deliver against performance objectives and progress within their roles. You will be based in our Bexhill offices on the South Coast of England.
The RoleTo coach and mentor individuals against a pre-defined career pathway and encourage the creationand maintenance of professional development plans.Manage the day to day team outputs through forecasting, effective planning, monitoring and managing capacity and demand. Utilising tools such as productivity models, daily planning, 'state of plays', team meetings, performance feedback, work allocation reporting and key controls.

Essential: Experience of leading and managing to include coaching for success Experience of managing a team to meet performance targets Desirable: Experience gained in leading a fast moving operations (front and back office) ideally within the insurance or financial services sector
