Design Engineer / Technical Author- AutoCad| Lincoln | Contract position
Working for this niche engineering company on an a contract basis for a minimum of 3- 6 months, they are looking to recruit a Design Engineer / Technical Author to work within their busy engineering department.
Key area's of duties will include:
- Maintenance and management of the technical drawings
- Creating documents and illustrations for use on the shop floor (BOMs)
- Making amendments to existing drawings and procedures
- Assisting the team and wider business with any queries
Previous experience of AutoCaD, Solidworks and MS office is required along with excellent planning and organisational skills. For this contract our client is ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible, you may have previously worked in positions such as a Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, Technical Author, CAD , Solidworks, Engineering.
