Chubb Fire & Security is now seeking to recruit a Billing Controller to work within our Blackburn based 'Best in Class' Finance Shared Service Centre (BB1 2PR).
As the successful Billing Controller, you will ensure the accurate and timely billing of invoices, that all billing disputes are resolved promptly and accurately and to act as liaison between the billing team and other stakeholders including Customers, Local Branches, Finance and National Accounts Sales. You will also act as a dedicated billing controller for one or more of our large contracts, working alongside the Account Manager and Customer Liaison.
In order to be considered you will need to possess previous experience in a similar role, a minimum of 6 G.C.S.E's (or equivalent) grade C and above (including Mathematics and English), the ability to operate data management and filing systems, and interpret and analyse data, the ability to initiate and prepare routine correspondence, reports and memos and experience in the use of accounting systems.
The role therefore requires an individual with high levels of credibility and strong communication skills.
