My client is a true industry leader that is growing and expanding at a fantastic rate and because of this, they are passionate about ensuring that their customers experience a first class service from initial contact to point of sale. This is where your role as Customer Experience Business Partner comes in to play.
Your role is to measure, monitor and continuously improve the customer experience globally. You will work closely with global teams to eliminate issues causing customer dissatisfaction by conducting root cause analysis and implementing continuous process improvement solutions.
You will manage projects and deliver training where required to ensure your colleagues are equipped to provide their customers with a first class service.
This role is primarily office based with occasional international travel.
To be successful in his role, you must be good at maintaining positive working relationship; often with language barriers, have the ability to stay positive and focused in stressful situations, be highly organised and require minimal management and have customer satisfaction at the forefront of all you do!
You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally with a Lean Sigma or other qualification as well as proven project and change management experience.
IT systems knowledge required: Oracle / ERP / Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
Additional languages would be beneficial but not essential.
