QA
The Role
Hain Daniels are recruiting a QA who will work as part of the Technical team, operating within the framework of HACCP to ensure that all products are manufactured safely and to the agreed customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify effectiveness of daily deep cleaning through inspection and rapid hygiene routine environmental swabbing
- Carry out appropriate pre-production checks to ensure timeliness of start up
- Collection of microbiological samples against company sampling plan
- Conduct investigation and ensure appropriate corrective action in the event of customer complaints
- To ensure that all shelf life samples are kept for the duration of their life against the agreed time/temperature regimes and that the area where they are stored is kept clean and free from out of date samples
- Completion of glass and plastic audits to schedule ensuring action taken for any issues.
- Completion of temperature checks to ensure systems maintaining within spec and action taken on any issues
- Support with HACCP and allergen validation/ verification checks to schedule
- Completion of quality, GMP audits, CCP audits
