HR Administrator - Sheffield City Centre - ASAP Start - GBP17,700

Your new company is a public sector organisation based in a highly accessible location within Sheffield City Centre.
Your new role
The overall purpose of your new role is to contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient HR systems & administrative support service. Main duties will be:
* Assist with the accurate application, maintenance and confidentiality of all HR related records, procedures and systems
* Collection and collation of statistical data
* Responsible for processing all pay change documentation and for liaising with the Payroll team
* Accurately and securely maintain administration filing systems
* Perform administrative duties in accordance with HR policies and procedures
* Responsible for the checking and processing for payment of all HR related invoices, and the administration of cash income in accordance with organisational procedures
* Responsible for the administrative elements for recruitment including, whole time/retained, support staff, transfers in and promotions
What you'll need to succeed
You have an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, carry knowledge of current HR functions and are experienced of working closely with an HR Information System. Proven experience of applying administration procedures and systems to provide a quality admin support service and experience of providing a customer focused service. You further bring intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office, you bring the ability to communicate effectively.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of GBP17,700, your working days will be Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm; 37 hours a week. Flexible working hours are offered. The company is based in a highly accessible location in Sheffield City Centre.
