I am currently recruiting for experienced Repairs Administrator/Planner who have previous experience working across social housing maintenance.
The primary of focus of this role will be to allocate repairs jobs to maintenance operatives and sub-contractors where necessary, including prioritising works and tracking jobs until they are completed. All works progress should be logged and tracked and any issues should be reported to the client.
Overview:
• Allocating and distributing orders to operatives within various trades including subcontractors.
* Liaising with residents and operatives once jobs have been attended to, including adding uplifts onto jobs, updating the status of a job such as whether job needs to be closed down, to receiving a no access, job completion, placing a job on hold etc.
* To plan responsive works within the scheduling system to maximise the efficient use of resources to ensure targets are achieved
* To ensure tenants are aware of any amended appointment slots and the likely duration of works
* To allocate the appointment to ensure all work is completed within target
* To monitor the progress of appointments and liaise with craft staff to ensure appointments are kep
