AMV BBDO is recruiting for an Account Director to join our account management team, responsibilities include:
- Partnering with strategy to shape briefs and apply overarching brand strategies
- Using clients research methodologies to build ideas
- Working with media partners and third parties to identify channels and set path for creative opportunities.
- Present creative work to clients
- Balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work
- To conceive advertising campaigns to impart the desired product image in an effective and cost effective way
- Liaising with clients to discuss products and services to be marketed and develop the most appropriate strategy to deliver the objectives
- Day to day management of Account Executives and Account Managers
- Understanding the scope of work including fee and contract in order to deliver maximum revenue for agency services.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A graduate with at least 5 years’ experience within account management within a creative agency
- Experience working on integrated campaigns
- Experience in tourism sector preferable
- Experience in working on fast turnaround retail and FMCG campaigns including working with dynamic templates highly desirable
- Full awareness of creative process and techniques
- Strong communication skills in persuasion and expectation management
- Good commercial awareness of industry and clients operating environment
