We are currently looking to appoint STAFF NURSES with good clinical and leadership skills for a care home in Farnborough, Hampshire. Knellwood is a long established large 52 bedded residential and nursing care home. It has a remarkable long history and serves as a War Memorial Home, for the population of Rushmoor and more.

• RN qualification with valid PIN number
• Management and Leadership qualifications and training desirable
• Successful completion of the mentorship course or be prepared to undertake one
• Previous experience as a staff nurse in either the care sector or the NHS (Band 5) desirable
• Evidence of continuous professional development
• Insight into quality assurance, and experience in carrying out audits and completing action plans

• A renumeration circa £19.50 per hour, more for night duty and weekends.
