Our client, a West Yorkshire plastic packaging business, seek to appoint a maintenance electrician to their engineering team. The appointed maintenance electrician / maintenance engineer will be a competent fault finder reacting to breakdowns on PLC controlled machinery, happy with a 4-on 4-off shift pattern and flexible with overtime requests. - Minimise downtime. React to breakdowns as required
- Electrical bias with mechanical skills an advantage
- HNC/HND qualified preferred. 17th Edition an advantage
- Experienced fault finding PLC controlled machinery. Siemens preferred but not essential
- Experience of installation plastic packaging machinery beneficial (blow moulding, injection moulding, compression moulding)
