CHEF / COOK OPPORTUNITIES IN CANNOCK/TIPTON/WEST BROMWICH
MUST HAVE NVQ LEVEL 2 IN PROFESSIONAL COOKERY
HAVE CURRENT CERTIFICATE FOOD HYGIENE LEVEL 2
HAVE OWN CAR DUE TO LOCATIONS OF WORK
BE AVAILABLE TO COVER HOLIDAY AND SICKNESS IN THE ABOVE AREAS.
TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS
MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR QUALIFIED CHEF/COOKS WHO AREA AVAILABLE TO WORK ON TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS IN CANNOCK, TIPTON AND WEST BROMWICH AREAS.
Duties will include
Cooking meals from fresh to menus that are already set.
Serving food
Cash handling.
Making sure that the kitchen is spotlessly clean at all times.
Setting up training rooms for next day meetings.
Ordering stock for next day/ week if required.
All other duties as required.
The Successful Candidates
* Must be qualified and have NVQ level 2 in professional cookery and a current Food hygiene level 2 certificate
* Drive and have their own vehicle so they can get to the locations required.
* Be available for temporary assignments.
* Be reliable and trustworthy.
