Town Planner | London | Creative Company
An established town planning consultancy located within the bustling city of London are actively seeking a dynamic Town Planner to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join this experienced planning consultancy with extensive relationships within the commercial, public and land sectors, all while enjoying easy reach of Greater London and the City's sites.
The successful town planner will work primarily in a development management based role, while also gaining a comprehensive experience of the planning field. This will include supporting a range of planning applications across the United Kingdom with healthcare developers, housing associations and developers across the private sector.
In order to meet the requirements for this role, you must:
* Have an RTPI Accredited Degree
* Possess at least 1 year post membership experience (public or private sector experience welcome)
* Have a full UK Driving Licence
* Be an excellent communicator with the ability to work to deadlines
