German speaking Social Media Support Specialist
HRGO are currently looking for Bilingual (German and English) Social Media Support Specialist to join the social media team for an automotive customer service centre based in Luton.
You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to comments and feedback through social media channels. While the primary focus is on social media, this role also supports customers through, email, voice, chat and community forums.
REQUIREMENTS
* Native German and English language
* Experience using popular social media platforms, especially Facebook & Twitter
* Creative writing skills - ability to repeat the same message, written in different ways and tailor to customer technical expertise level.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-pace, dynamic and changing environment
* Excellent negotiation skills and ability to deal confidently with escalations /complaints
* Ability to look beyond obvious solutions and experiment with different approaches.
* At least 6 months experience in a customer service environment
HOURS: Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
