Our rapidly expanding client is one of the leading law firms in the UK. There is a new position for a Nursing Care Solicitor to join a booming team that is continuing to grow and establish itself. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that deal with some of the most well-regarded clients, and is continuing to grow this with a new strategy that will see its workforce, and client base grown even more in the UK.
Ultimately, the successful Nursing Care Solicitor will be responsible for managing a personal case load, and assisting the paralegals, this is an opportunity to provide real wisdom and grow your leadership skills and a chance to work on an intimate caseload.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a personal caseload, and liaising with clients and joining panels.
* Acting as a guide to the paralegal team, supervising letters, letters of appeal, and submission.
* Meeting billing targets and time targets.
Essential experience required:
* Dealing with complex legal matters in a professional and thorough manner.
* Strong experience in dealing with various Nursing Care cases.
* Experience in mentoring and assisting paralegals in the team.
Desirable experience:
* IT literate.
* Willingness to assist with developing the sector and various practices.
* History of meeting billing targets.
