Qualtech Resourcing is proud to be working with a large local choice employer and successful
European business that produces various textile products within the industry.
The business is developing year on year and with strong growth forecast for the future years, they
are currently recruiting personnel in key areas of their purpose built factory in Mirfield.
We are currently looking for 4/5 Nachine Operatives for double day shifts.
Job description & conditions
* Working on a production lines
* Inspecting products off the lines
* Boxing and shrink wrapping products
* Must be able to work as part of a team & unsupervised when required
* Must be able to work safely and understand health and safety requirements
* Responsible for all inspection / quality of the items you produce
* Ensure a clean working area
* Assist on other work when required
* Must be physically fit as some lifting is required as part of your role
You will need to have worked in a manufacturing environment before and will require excellent communication skills.
All candidates MUST have worked in production before due to the nature of the role production experience is essential and provide at least 1 work reference.
Hours of Work:The successful applicants will be asked to work rotating 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm with occasional overtime.
This role will be a long term position dependent on reliability, work ethic and punctuality, repeated absences, lateness and poor attitude will result in long term work not being offered
