We are looking for an approachable, innovative, enthusiastic individual who shares our commitment to community involvement and providing a high standard of customer service.  As part of a team responsible for the delivery of excellent frontline customer service, the successful applicant will have the proven ability of working with the public.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Income Officer to join our Income Management and Neighbourhood Team. 

Supporting the provision of a high-quality income management service, you will work in partnership with other teams to manage the rent accounts from beginning to end of tenancies. In this key role within the Income Management Team, you will promote tenancy sustainment by supporting an accurate, sensitive and responsive income collection service together with representing Trent & Dove Housing at County Court and initiate possession and court action. 

Other responsibilities will include working with external key stakeholders to ensure vulnerable customers are identified and are offered appropriate support. You will be a strong communicator able to deliver your skills through effective working relationships with all work colleagues whilst meeting agreed targets.
