The role: The successful applicant will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, working with teams across the business, and will be responsible for all financial and management accounting. Responsibilities will include: * Facilitating delivery of strategic business goals in conjunction with the leadership team, including involvement in M&A projects alongside the CFO * Developing the UK finance team, and additionally overseeing finance functions in other regions * Streamlining processes and driving efficiency alongside business growth * Preparation and presentation of accurate and timely management accounts to the office of the CEO and investors * Monthly reporting against budget to each department head, and overseeing accounts receivables, sales order processing and signing off expenses * Annual budget and forecast preparation * Drive growth through successful business partnering across business functions * Alignment with regional tax and regulations in association with third party auditors and accountants * Responsibility for regional payroll * Flexibility to cover leaves in the Finance team * Completion of ad-hoc duties as required The requirements: * ACA or ACCA qualified with 5 years' post-qualified experience in a relevant role * International market experience, with international transfer pricing experience preferred * Experience in standard costing * An evidenced ability to add business value * The capacity to perform tasks independently, collaboratively, and under pressure * Ability to align with internal and external regulations and guidelines including IFRS * Experience with Financial Force * Excellent communication skills * Diligence in completion of reports within tight deadlines * Competency with MS Office and Internet explorer Share Share .Not Disclosed.
