HR Shared Services Manager, cGBP40,000 plus excellent benefits, Manchester, Permanent.

Our client is a large international organisation and market leaders in their field. Due to an exciting period of change they are now looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to join their Manchester based team.

As HR Shared Services Manager, you will report into the Head of HR Shared Services and be responsible for managing and developing an effective HR Shared Service function. You will play a pivotal role in establishing, improving and embedding the Shared Services function whilst educating the business on new ways of working and the value of an efficient Shared Service Function. A motivational leader, you will lead, coach and develop the HR Services team to deliver a first class service which supports employees and managers through the whole employee life cycle.

An experienced and credible shared services professional, you have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have a proven track record of successfully implementing change and commercially adding value within a large national organisation.
