Knole Academy in Sevenoaks is looking for an enthusiastic professional with a genuine passion for education to join our team and make a difference.
The post holder will be required to carry out basic building repairs, decoration and maintenance. They should have a good working knowledge of site health and safety. Good communication skills are required to be able to deal with staff, students and oversee contractors working on site as well as look after occasional lettings.
Salary will be paid according to experience £15,265-£17,306 per annum
37 hours full time, all year round with paid overtime
Hours are on a rota system between 7.00 am and 10.30 pm, including evenings and weekends and will involve opening/closing the buildings.
There may be the potential for promotion to Assistant Site Manager in the future.
