A well established, highly respected, small housing developer is looking to engage with a successful and dedicated Site manager to join the team in the Sussex area. The renowned business is fast-growing and delivers large scale traditional build projects.
Due to the contract being awarded on a new traditional build 44 unit project near Eastbourne, they are looking to hire a experienced Site manager with a strong work ethic and experience on housing projects of around 50 units.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of health, safety and environmental standards. and the delivery of the site to project timelines and quality.
YOU MUST be willing to muck in when needed, This company expects their site manages to be out on site driving the project rather than in the site cabin.
You will have the following skills and experiences:
Excellent communicator with contractors, clients and their representatives.
A strong housing background with a proven track record of delivering high quality projects.
CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work.
Work to Construction Programmes and have the ability to produce short term programmes to ensure sequencing of works.
Capable of running projects valued between GBP1m to 10m.
