Job Title: Warehouse Distribution/ Operations Assistant
Full or part time available
Salary: Circa GBP18,000 (pro rata)
Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire

What you'll be doing
As a Distribution Assistant, you will:
Complete all assigned tasks in accordance to departmental procedures efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy and quality
Identify, escalate and resolve problems where appropriate and inform management accordingly
Assist with the training and supervision of temporary staff when required.
Maintain benchmarks, reporting data in order to monitor and improve overall team performance
Have absolute commitment to Health and Safety at all times to ensure that company functions in a safe and secure environment
The successful candidate will be flexible and passionate about the role we play, going above and beyond to get it right for learners, dedicated to upholding standards and open to views of our customers, partners and colleagues.
The successful candidate will need to:
Have basic computer, numeracy and literacy skills
Be an effective communicator
Have a keen eye for detail
Be willing to commit and engage with our culture of Continuous Improvement
Commit to Health and Safety whilst having a basic understanding of Health and Safety procedures
