An excellent opportunity has arisen within an interesting and expanding organisation based just outside of Central Oxford. As the Invoice Administrator, you will work within a small team of two, within a wider office, providing administrative support to the Accounts Team.
As the Income Administrator, you will provide accurate and timely support to the business, recording and reconciling income received primarily.
Main responsibilities will include:
Processing and settling received commissions, charges and fees
Liaising internally and with providers to ensure accurate income is received
Reporting regular management information
Ensuring all income in recorded to internal systems
Maintaining up to date income receipts and debits records
Reconciling statements
Identifying anomalies and investigating queries where necessary
Supporting the team to meet month and year end reconciliation requirements
In order to be considered for this position, you will have office experience ideally, and will have worked within Accounts Administration, having experience of reconciliation of income.
You will be confident in the use of Excel, and financial systems, with strong communication skills both written and verbally, in order to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
