About Tai Calon

Tai Calon is Blaenau Gwent’s largest provider of social housing with over 6,000 homes in the heart of the beautiful Blaenau Gwent valley. 

We are seeking a Head of Property to continue developing our team of over 100 tradespeople and support staff.

The role will be responsible for leading repairs, maintenance, compliance and empty homes services as well as the teams that support them. Property Services play an important role in the future of Tai Calon, we want to nurture the skills we already have to develop our team. 

About You

We're looking for someone who understands tenant expectations and recognises the challenges of delivering a high quality repairs and maintenance service.

We want a Head of Property with a passion for community investment and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues, tenants and other stakeholders alike.

We’re seeking a creative thinker with energy and the ability to innovate. The role offers an opportunity to build upon the success that our Property Services team has delivered in our first eight years of serving the community.
