Quality Assurance Coordinator
Location: Greenhill Street, Stratford-Upon-Avon
Salary: GBP24,300 - GBP27,000 per annum
Hours: 12 months fixed term contract, 36.25 hours per week
Orbit has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their Responsive Repairs team located at their Stratford-upon-Avon office. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing processes, systems and data to ensure contract agreements are adhered to across the property services directorate.

Reporting into the Contract Operations Manager, you will provide advice and recommendations on resolution plans, making sure efficient processes are in place and cost leakage areas/miscoding is identified. This role will see you analyse the repairs data and identify all possible financial leakage issues and putting in measures to reduce and reclaim from contractors. You will support budgetary performance by enabling cost savings and ensuring commerciality and budget control is in place using the correct processes and procedures.
About you
We are looking for an analytical individual who has previous experience of using systems and Microsoft Excel. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a problem solver and a strong communicator, that can feedback complex and difficult issues effectively.
This role would be ideal for someone who has experience in a Performance Analysis or Accountancy/Quantity Surveying through employment or education.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to make decisions and have the ability to analyse things quickly. They may be a need to travel to other orbit offices as part of this role.
Please be aware this role will be offered as a 12 months fixed term contract.
