Salary: GBP20,800 OTE GBP23,000

A prestigious car dealership near Battersea is currently recruiting for a professional front of house receptionist to join their friendly team. Well known in their industry for providing first class customer service to complement their premium product, they pride themselves on being the market leader in their sector.

Daily duties for this position will include;

• Managing a busy switchboard
• Meeting customers and directing them to the correct department
• Dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face
• Making sure the customers first impression is a good one
• Working well independently and as part of a team

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have come from a customer service background promoting a high-end product. You will have a professional telephone manner and be able to handle a variety of customer enquiries and complaints while experience of using MS Office will be essential for this position.?
