An experienced Air Conditioning Engineer is required in the Durham area, to work for a nationally renowned FM/ Facilities Management provider. My client looking for a skilled AC Engineer to work on a large number of prestigious contracts, mainly within a Retail and Commercial environment.

Key duties & responsibilities:
- Identify faults and repairs as required
- Ensure services and delivered and maintained to the highest standard across multiple clients
- Carry out works with diligence, competence and in a manner that ensures customer expectations are met at all times
- Complete all paperwork in line with the company policy
- Work independently, as well as part of a team
- Aim for a first time fix where possible
- Be aware of, understand, and adhere to SLA performance related targets
Required Qualifications:
- City & Guilds F/Gas Level One 2079
- 17th Edition
- NVQ in Air Conditioning & Ventilation
- Electrical Test & Inspection qualifications would be advantageous
- All successful candidates will be DBS checked (formerly CRB)
- Must be able to use PDA or similar and be computer literate
- Full driving licence is required
