Salary £33,895 per annum

35 hours per week

We’re looking for a Registered Manager / RGN with current Pin on the NMC register with nursing home experience.  You’ll also either have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.  You will conduct initial assessments of potential residents and ensure that the needs and wishes of service users are considered when planning their care.  

You will be able to demonstrate excellent motivation, leadership and management skills and will participate in care delivery as part of the team.  You will be responsible for managing and developing this high quality service to ensure continued compliance with CQC requirements and the changing needs of service users.
