LCV Commercial Vehicle Technician
Location: Thetford
Hours of Work: 45 hours per week- Days only
Salary up to GBP27,000 plus lots of overtime available
We are searching for a talented Light Commercial Technician, LCV Technician someone Who is looking to progress to join a forward thinking company working with a strong brand that offers real career advancement and strong earning potential.
Role:
Working in a busy workshop using the very latest technology, receiving cutting edge training as part of a strong brand you will be tasked with repairs, diagnostics and servicing of our clients vehicles. Due to the nature of the role you must be NVQ level 2 qualified and have diagnostic level experience.
The working environment:
This brand offers you a state of the art workshop to work, a stocked workshop with adequate tool storage space and all the manufacturer supplied equipment and specialist tools required in order to get the job done with ease, speed and more importantly a first time fix
Training offered:
From day one you will be provided with a training plan which will be in essence a bespoke plan based on what your key strengths are at present, the training will focus on what you could benefit from rather than what you already know and possess as part pf a strong skill set.
Essentials for the right candidate
- First and foremost you need to want progression, the client is only interested in applicants who have real career aspirations as they actively look to promote from within. For this reason they are looking for candidates with drive and enthusiasm
- Able to work as part of a nice friendly team. They have a very nice team of Technicians there at present and a friendly management team in place. As a character you would best fit if you like to come to work, get on with the job in hand, enjoy a nice relaxed environment but can equally rally when things get busy and work together with your colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and more importantly hit those efficiency targets together.
