As the Service Manager for our Rough Sleeping Service you will have responsibility for overseeing and developing this service including our Street Outreach, Migrant-focused Outreach, No First Night Out/No Second Night Out, Engagement/Assessment Centre and Night Shelter Work.


Your focus will be the delivery of an outstanding rough sleeping service in Bristol and the surrounding areas; working closely with the management team to deliver positive outcomes for clients, as well as developing the service and its teams.


To be successful, you will have experience of managing and leading a team in either social care, housing, health or a related sector.  You will also have an understanding of the issues facing rough sleepers, the services and housing options available and legislative context..
