HGV Driver/ Delivery Driver/ Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers

Job Title: HGV Drivers (Class1 & 2)

Location: Rainham, Essex

Salary: £640 per week + O/T (£33,280) Dependant on Experience

As a result of ongoing growth and expansion the Company, a leading UK steel stockholder, requires HGV Drivers working from their Head office based in Rainham, Essex.

Job Requirements:

• Being presentable, professional, reliable and honest
• Adhering to working time regulations
• Pre-use vehicle inspection checks and defect reporting
• Ensuring goods are safely secured
• Making deliveries to London and the Home Counties
• Loading and unloading
• Meeting delivery schedules
• Keeping vehicles in good condition
• Basic working hours 6am -4
• 5 hour Per week + O/T Mon - Fri only

The Candidate:

• Must have a valid Class 1 (category C+E) or Class 2 (category C) licence
• CPC card and Digi Tachograph card
• Previous experience completing multi-drop deliveries
• A digital tachograph card - Essential
• Full understanding of WTD legislation
• Must have a good command of the English language
