ADMIN/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS

Family run business looking to employ 2 full time Admin/Customer Service team members for a busy Service Dept.

Duties include:

  • Answering calls and logging service calls on Customer Database system.
  • Dealing with customer inquiries
  • Processing Sales Invoices 
  • General Admin

Positions are full time - 40 hours a week , Monday to Friday

Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate as well as being able to work as part of a team with other Team Members.

Knowledge of Sage Accounts 50 required

Salary to be negotiated.
