We are recruiting a number of Bank Support Workers to cover day and night shifts at Horsham Y Centre. 

You will work alongside our wider housing team, to support with the day-to-day operation of our residential accommodation projects for young people aged sixteen to twenty-five. An understanding of the needs of young single homeless people is desirable. 

You must have experience working with young people, particularly those considered vulnerable or with multiple and complex needs, and be able to de-escalate volatile situations and to manage challenging behaviour appropriately.

You should have the ability to engage, motivate, inspire and empower young people; and you will be required to multitask to ensure the safe running of the project and safeguarding of residents.
