An opportunity has arisen within our client's Human Resources section for an Administration Assistant, based at their Headquarters in Sheffield.

HR Administration Assistant 
Contract: Permanent 
£17,391 pro rata (Grade 2) 
Hours: Part time - 16 hours per week (Mon-Weds)
Work Pattern: Flexi time
Location: Sheffield S1

The overall purpose of the role will be to contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient HR systems & admin support service.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience of a varied administrative role, ideally within an HR environment.

You must possess excellent communication skills, ensuring a positive and professional image is conveyed at all times. You must also have the ability to effectively plan, prioritise and organise a busy workload.

The key duties will include the administration of HR records and filing systems, maintaining spreadsheets, databases and other electronic documents in accordance with functional and organisational procedures, guidelines and expectations and liaising with other departments where necessary to support the provision of the HR admin support service.
