Resettlement Worker - 16 hours per week
Salary £20,436.00 pro rata (£8,719.36 per annum)
This post is initially for 6 months, but may be extended subject to ongoing funding and the needs of the organisation.
The successful candidate will initially be based at our female refuge, however, our long term aim is that this service will also be extended to our male refuge residents through this post.
The role will include assisting residents with practical and emotional support to move into independent accommodation throughout the county. They will help them settle into their new home and community.
They will perform their own administrative tasks, monitoring and reporting, and work with the whole staff team, to ensure the needs of the residents are met.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of working in a support worker role, preferably in the domestic abuse field.
