The working hours are 8am-2pm . Post is available from 10.01.2019 and is covering sick leave, of which the duration is uncertain but expected to last months rather than weeks.
The successful applicant will be fully competent at organising a busy school kitchen, ordering stock, running a kitchen staff team, cooking 2 main courses from fresh ingredients for around 200 pupils on a daily basis.
You must be qualified with a food hygiene certificate and be up to speed with all health and safety regulations .
In addition you MUST have a current DBS listed on the update service.
