Our client is an independent housing association providing excellent housing management services to over 5,200 tenants and 260 leaseholders in Gloucester.
They have opportunities to work within their Property Care team. The team prides itself on providing high quality workmanship and for being focused on customer satisfaction. So you’ll have the opportunity to work within a customer service environment and develop your technical knowledge and gain further experience.
They are currently looking for an experienced building maintenance labourer to join their property care team who carry out repairs within the Gloucester area.
The work is varied and will require you working as part of a team as well as some independent working.
Candidate’s will need to be physically fit, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills coupled with a “can do attitude” along with good onsite decision making.
Embracing their values and behaviours as well as ensuring that all Health and Safety requirements are met is an integral part of the role.
Duties will include the clearance of properties, fence erection/repair, concrete laying along with support duties for members of the team.
Basic IT skills are required with experience of working with a dynamic scheduling system being advantageous.
A full clean driving licence will be required for this role.
