Engineering Team Leader required for small Aero Qualified engineering company based in West Bromwich
Privately owned established Engineering Company seeks experienced team leader to lead small team. Keys skills required are basic engineering experience (milling, turning) good organisation and team motivational methodology. Previous team and engineering & basic computing experience essential. Must be a responsible character eager to help in building our rapidly growing customer base.
Salary between £25-£28k (+ performance benefits as Company expands)
Mon - Thurs 8 - 4.30. Friday working 8 to 2.00
Holidays, 8 days Bank holidays + 10 days annual leave, +15 days floating
Overtime working when required.
Own transport preferred
The chosen candidate will be working closely with the Technical Director and MD to build on our portfolio of customers and maybe asked to visit key customers with TD when required.
