Position: Credit Controller
Office: Leeds
Contract: 3 Months
Our client, a successful multidisciplinary consultancy are actively seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a friendly and supportive team in Leeds. Within the consultancy you will be responsible for setting, agreeing and meeting cash targets.
To be considered for this Credit Controller role you will:
* Previous Credit Control Experience
* Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, e.g. GDPR
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software packages
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent time management skills
Working as the Credit Controller you will:
* Maintain the system diary, chasing clients for payments by phone and or email
* Manage and monitor credit limits and customer data
* Highlight disputes and/or resolve these disputes if possible
You will also be expected to complete administrative duties such as post and allocate cash, produce monthly statements and prepare and issue copies of invoices to both internal and external stakeholders.
