Are you an experienced residential property manager/lettings professional seeking a new challenge.
Do you want to work for one of Harrogate's most respected and well known independent Estate Agencies, with and extremely strong presence across both Sales and Lettings?
Do you want to be rewarded and be recognised for your hard work?
Do you have experience of working in Residential property management in the Harrogate area?
If so then we want to hear from you!
Candidate must have:
•A minimum of two years experience working in Residential Lettings and property management.
•Live locally and have good knowledge of the Harrogate & District area
•Have an excellent knowledge of Property Management and have previous experience of dealing with referencing, serving Notices and AST's,
carrying out check ins and outs, regular inspections, dealing with maintenance issues and contractors etc.
You must have a full UK driving license and own your own car.
Salary GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 depending on experience plus excellent commission/bonus package.
