Wedding & Events Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Wedding & Events Co-ordinator for a busy Country House wedding venue near Nantwich.

It's an exciting role for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry. Working as part of a team, the successful applicant will be responsible organising and managing weddings and other events and looking after clients. You will be encouraged to bring vision and ideas to the business and will need to be flexible, able to work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment. The role involves a 5-day working week with a significant amount of weekend work and days off during the week.

The successful Events Co-ordinator will be a strong and effective organiser, delivering for clients a memorable experience that exceeds their expectation. You will deal with all aspects of each event from start to finish, planning, coordinating, admin, arranging accommodation, planning menus with clients and looking after guests on the day (including weekends with time off during the week).

The successful applicant will possess great attention to detail, determination, a naturally friendly and welcoming personality, a willingness to please clients and be happy to work flexible hours. Previous wedding event management experience is essential for this role.
