As Hotel Operations Manager, you will be working for a four-star establishment with 120 guest rooms, 20 meeting rooms, a restaurant, bar and spa, you will be key to the leadership team with management responsibilities for the operational teams. You will be expected to uphold the quality standards that have come to be synonymous with this hotel through your own experience and skill set.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, your Hotel Operations Manager responsibilities will be within the food & drink, conference, reception and spa teams supporting in delivery of service. You will work closely with business managers to ensure elements such as recruitment and retention, coaching and training. All while managing operation sales strategy and your own profit and loss report.

You will be a dynamic Hotel Operations Manager, capable of leading and working within an ever-adapting environment and getting the most out of those around you. You will be able to ensure that work is completed within the correct time frames and to the expected standard by delegation.
