As (Senior) Customer Service Executive, you will be at the forefront of the Customer Service team, acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, handling a range of projects from initial brief through Artwork and Production.

Working with some of the biggest Brands, you will be at the forefront of providing the highest quality service alongside a broad offering of packaging artwork solutions ranging from Retouching to 3D imagery.

Your core responsibilities as Senior Customer Service Executive will include;

* Project managing the artwork of all projects, coordinating from initial brief through artwork production, before releasing to Print
* Build and maintain strong relationship with all key stakeholders within the client
* Manage client's expectations throughout the project, providing regular progress updates and highlighting any potential challenges
* Liaise across the team, to efficiently deliver the brief in full and on-time, utilizing all production resources

As Senior Customer Service Executive, you will have the following experience/skillset;

* Customer-centric, with proven experience in providing high-level customer service
* Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
* High attention to detail, with a passion in achieving 'right-first-time'
* Ability to work under pressure, on time-sensitive projects
* Previous experience working with the Packaging artwork industry
