New in - Hotel set in a stunning location in Gloucestershire are looking for food and beverage assistants to assist in the day to day running of the Food Service Areas and Bars and to ensure a consistently high level of service is offered to all guests.
Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant (Live Out)
Job location: Gloucestershire, BS35
Reporting to: Food and Beverage Manager
Job Description:
* Ensure all checklists are used as prescribed.
* Ensure all cleaning in the designated areas is carried out to the Company Standards.
* To be able to deal with any reasonable requests from guests in a professional manner.
* To assist with the correct service of Restaurant/Bar menu and beverages.
* To ensure all documentation from the POS system, i.e. checks/bills are completed as necessary.
* To strive and anticipate customer needs whenever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
* To ensure a good level of product and local knowledge for the guests when requested.
* To be aware of Licensing Laws in England.
* To operate and maintain the POS system to report any faults as they arise and to ensure the system is utilised to its maximum capacity.
* To ensure that a professional appearance and manner is shown to all guests.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Current experience in hospitality/catering
* A good working knowledge of Licensing Laws in England
* Experience in using POS systems (specific training will be provided)
* Excellent customer service experience
The ideal candidate will be:
* Honest with integrity
* Adaptable and flexible
* Able to cope well under pressure and be patient at all times
* An excellent communicator
* Happy with a lively personality

Salary: Up to GBP19,000 (depending on age and experience)
