We are looking for a Commis Chef to work in our Pan Asian restaurant Kaia, one of our many kitchens in the Ned. If you have experience as a Commis Chef in a busy restaurant or hotel environment, be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and good service.

An Asian-Pacific-inspired restaurant specialising in healthy food, Kaia is open for lunch and dinner with poke bowls and mains from the grill served over the counter from the kitchen.

How The Ned Happened
