JOB TITLE: Fast Track Account Manager - RBS On-site Studio

REPORTS TO: Production Director

SALARY: GBP30 - GBP37,200k pa

Location: Edinburgh

The role:

WLT is looking for a Fast Track Account Manager to work in our onsite studio team at RBS headquarters, Gogarburn, Edinburgh.

The Fast Track Account Manager will manage delivery of campaign production artwork that needs to be turned around at pace and delivered through the studio with streamlined efficiency. They need excellent knowledge of the RBS brand and a 'can-do' attitude to makes things happen quickly, while always keeping an eye on quality of output. You will report through to the Production Director and work closely with Production Account Management team.


* Manage and deliver fast turnaround client projects, driving projects forward from brief to supply

* Integral part of the production process, manage client sign off and find solutions to issues

* Ensure all internal agency costs are signed off fully with internal RBS clients and avoid any overspend

* Proactively manage timings of projects, pushing back on clients and internally when necessary to ensure best possible outcome

* Implement and continually drive production 'best practice' while using Tag CMD & other relevant software

* Ensure RBS internal process & governance are followed

* Ensure (where applicable) other CHI FTE's who use CMD, do so as per agreed process

* Oversee the on -site WLT team members & escalate issues to the Production Director.

Skills and Experience Required:

* A friendly, positive team player

* Strong interpersonal/communication skills

* Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately

* Astute project management skills

* Keen eye for detail

* Excellent organisational skills, with the innate ability to prioritise and multitask

* Proven experience in a fast paced, client facing role

* Solid production expertise relating to all aspects of the comms mix (when working at pace this is absolutely critical)

* Ability to assess creative work and support creative team in development of ideas

* Ability to deliver relevant stimuli to present to clients and articulate and debate ideas confidently and clearly

* Manages up as well as down effectively. Treats junior members of the team with respect for their career development.

* Must develop strong personal client relationships and be able to conduct client meetings without a more senior person present

* Strong team management skills
