Do you have a background in providing pre-tenancy services to Customers in Social Housing? If so, we want to hear from you to discuss an excellent opportunity in a temporary role that could lead to future work within the Social Housing sector.
You will be dealing with assessments, viewings and sign-ups for tenants in Social Housing providing them with all the information and paperwork necessary to complete their letting.
This role will be based from Exeter but as you will be agile working, you don't have to be in the office every day. Covering a large patch to include North Devon and South Devon (mileage allowance will apply), it is essential that you have access to your own vehicle to cover the patch.
In return we can offer a generous hourly rate of GBP15.20 per hour PAYE or GBP18.78 Umbrella / Limited Company. This contract is for 37 hours per week and will be up until the end of March.
