Business Development Sales Manager
Business Development Sales Manager MUST have a proven track record in Field Sales within the Foodservice industry.
If you have experience selling to National Accounts, Pubs, Hotels, or Leisure Groups offering a product range we will also be interested to talk to you.
Territory is : North West & YorkShire, we are based in Bolton, but you will need to travel to these areas.
The Package:
Highest salary will go to the most experienced candidate, plus bonus/comission structure.
The Role:
The Business Development Manager is an essential part of the Sales Team, supporting the company to achieve our sales targets
The purpose of this role is to work closely with the van sales/driver teams with our customers to increase product awareness and above all increase sales
* You will need to be a strong communicator and influencer to help facilitate the growth of this sector
* You will be responsible for fully developing the existing customer accounts within the area with particular attention being paid to the full retail product range.
* You must bring a real passion with proven ability to regularly exceed sales targets.
* Achievement of productivity targets for existing and new business sales will be a key area of responsibility, while ensuring that sales and margin results are in line with company expectations.

* You will need to be a strong communicator at all levels with a flexible approach that demonstrates your ability to develop relationships with clients of different cultures and with different needs.
* To meet and exceed Regional sales targets
Requirements:
* Proven track record with accounts, Food, Drinks or a product range.
* Successful track record of winning new accounts and growing existing business,
* Willing to travel and visit new customers to prospect and develop existing accounts
* Full driving licence ESSENTIAL
Visiting, Independent shop keepers, petrol stations, outlets where sandwiches and our food to go range will reach the peak sales
